Second Try

T he following morning proved the strangest Noa had ever experienced in his life. He woke in his bed wondering if everything he’d experienced the day prior was a vivid dream. That today was the day the duchess arrived. That he’d imagined it all, and that in no reality would a duchess perform such lewd actions with one such as himself.

He roused and dressed himself, stretching limbs and still fatigued from last night. A strange sort of satiation sat upon him. That was the first morsel of evidence that it hadn’t all been a dream.

The second – and much more blatant – reminder arrived in the guise of his mother’s sudden blush and departure when they bumped into one another outside in the hall. With barely more than a nod, she rushed away, eyes cast downward the entire time. Noa’s chest twisted at that, and reality cracked the veneer of a dream he’d built for himself.

Seeing the duchess’s guards within the inn battered the crumbling veneer with another blow. The staff members busying themselves in order to make sure everything remained perfect added another. And then Cecilia herself added the final finger flick needed in shattering it entirely.

After eating a quick breakfast, Noa found himself wandering throughout the inn, a bit listless, a bit of sorts. The brief interaction with his mom had unnerved him, and worry gathered like rain clouds within his mind. The last thing he wanted was for them to avoid one another. Regret coursed through him about their kiss the night prior, even if it had led to the most insane bliss he could have imagined with Duchess Cecilia.

And then, his perception pinched shut by his worrying, he felt a set of soft hands place themselves over his eyes. He froze, then gasped as a voluptuous pair of breasts squished against his back.

“Good morning,” Cecilia husked into his ear, blowing softly against its shell.

Noa turned and found a long, scorching kiss waiting for him. Much of his worries faded beneath the surface as he absorbed the duchess’s lips into his. Not a dream. Reality. And this part of it was utterly fantastic.

His hands immediately glided up her hourglass hips until they’d latched onto the duchess’s breasts. Today, she wore a semi-sheer pink robe. The kind easily dismissed for luxurious dips in the hot springs. As Noa groped her, he could see the outlines of her nipples protruding through it.

“Are you ready for today’s events?” Cecilia said with a grin.

“Without a doubt,” he answered breathlessly.

“Good!” The gorgeous woman bestowed a vivid grin upon him for his answer. “I’m quite pleased with how in stride you’re taking this. I’m impressed, truly.”

Noa blushed but elation flooded him at her praise. “Were you worried about how I’d react?”

“A touch. It’s not everyday someone gets to have a duchess – especially this duchess,” she said, running her hands over her enamoring curves, “as their lover. I’m pleased you’re not a fretting mess, or worse, trying to say last night was a mistake, that we shouldn’t do it again, or some other such drivel.
